The Stauffer Academy will very proudly host Volkhard Steude, concertmaster of the Vienna Philharmonic.
The course offers a unique opportunity to study with ten First Shoulder Violins from leading European orchestras. Students will meet with one teacher per month, deepening their study of orchestral and solo repertoire, going on to develop the essential qualities to fill the role of concertmaster, thus coming into contact with the best professionals in the international music community.
Classes will be held Nov. 15-18 at the Stauffer Center for Strings.
