An\u00a0openness to the audience \u2014 to those who listen and observe \u2014 becomes essential, as young musicians learn to interact with the public, manage every aspect of <em>live performance<\/em>, and adapt to any\u00a0physical and acoustic space.<\/p>\n<p>Between March and April, Stauffer musicians take the stage for\u00a0<strong>&#8220;I Concerti della Stauffer&#8221;<\/strong><strong>,<\/strong> a project where, following their masterclasses, they will become\u00a0co-protagonists\u00a0alongside artists of the calibre of\u00a0<strong>Kit Armstrong, Kolja Blacher and the Ensemble intercontemporain<\/strong>. The formula is simple:\u00a0learn from the maestros, play with the maestros!<\/p>\n<p>The curtain rises on the first concert on March 13 at the <strong>Museo Civico \u201cAla Ponzone\u201d <\/strong>(6:30 PM, Sala Manfredini), featuring\u00a0<strong>Kit Armstrong<\/strong>, the extraordinary American pianist and composer, renowned for his\u00a0versatility, depth, and intellectual curiosity. Alongside Stauffer students, Armstrong will perform a programme dedicated to\u00a0German Romanticism, featuring works by\u00a0Schumann and Brahms.<\/p>\n<p>On\u00a0<strong>March 21<\/strong>, at the<strong> Violin Museum (8:30 PM, Auditorium G. Arvedi)<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Kolja Blacher<\/strong>, the acclaimed German violinist, will take the podium to lead the\u00a0<strong>Stauffer&amp;EUYO Ensemble<\/strong>. This ensemble, bringing together musicians from both institutions, will present a programme spanning different eras of musical literature \u2014 from\u00a0<strong>Haydn and Mozart to Bart\u00f3k <\/strong>\u2014 showcasing\u00a0instrumental virtuosity and interpretative versatility.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"100\" data-end=\"457\">The final concert of the series will take place on April 4 at the prestigious<strong> Auditorium G. Arvedi<\/strong> of the <strong>Museo del Violino<\/strong> (<strong>8:30 PM<\/strong>). On this occasion, the Stauffer students will share the stage with the <strong>Ensemble intercontemporain <\/strong>in the concluding event of <em data-start=\"369\" data-end=\"380\">BOULEZ100<\/em>, an extensive project dedicated to the centenary of <strong>Pierre Boulez<\/strong>\u2019s birth. A string quartet from the renowned French ensemble \u2014 founded by Boulez in 1976 and recognized as a reference for the performance of contemporary music \u2014 and the Stauffer students will present a programme featuring works by <strong>Boulez<\/strong>, <strong>Bach<\/strong>, <strong>Canat de Chizy<\/strong> and <strong>Webern<\/strong>. The concert is part of a series of initiatives through which Ensemble intercontemporain pays tribute to the centenary of its founder and will offer a preview of the programme to be performed in Paris in May.<\/p>\n<p>Admission to the concerts is free.
