Musica da Casa Menotti

The Stauffer Academy forges a new prestigious partnership, offering its students the opportunity to perform on important, unique, and engaging stages.

The Musica da Casa Menotti festival is an annual chamber music concert series held in Spoleto, in the historic residence of composer and founder of the Festival dei Due Mondi, Gian Carlo Menotti. Organized by the Fondazione Monini and curated by artistic director Federico Mattia Papi, the event celebrates Menotti’s legacy through music, promoting young talent and offering audiences an intimate and captivating experience.

This year, alongside other emerging young musicians, violinist Caterina Bartoletti — student of Maestro Accardo’s class — will perform on July 12, in a duo with pianist Leonardo Merlini.

The program will feature works by Prokofiev, Stravinsky, and Poulenc.
