On May 28th and 30th, Stauffer Professors and Students played together at the Auditorium of the Violin Museum: a much-appreciated return of the traditional concert series established in 1986 on the initiative of Salvatore Accardo.
Salvatore Accardo, Bruno Giuranna, Antonio Meneses, Franco Petracchi and their students performed chamber music masterpieces by Rossini, Mozart, Franck and Shostakovich.
Great emotions for Franco Petracchi’s last performance, which marked his retirement from teaching after a long and extraordinary career.
