On 11 January, at 8.30 p.m., Ettore Pagano, a former Stauffer student of Maestro Antonio Meneses, will perform in a concert conducted by Maestro Michele Mariotti at the Auditorium Rai “Arturo Toscanini” in Turin.
The young cellist will make his debut in the season of the RAI National Symphony Orchestra with the Concerto-Rhapsody by Aram Il’ič Chačaturjan, composed in the early 1960s and dedicated to the famous cellist Mstislav Rostropovič. With this piece Pagano had won the 18th International Competition dedicated to the Russian composer of Armenian origin.
